am 62 years of the past 3 months....I have pain below my knee up to the foot mainly between the little and middle finger on to the back side of the foot. It is worst when I stand up after 30 minuets of sitting. MRI shows a clear indication of pressing of nerves between L4/L5.

My posture at the lower back is like from the child hood and increased with age due to long sitting and bad posture habits.

The shots worked for a few months for me, but never fully got rid of the pain. There are some pain pills that work fairly well. So far the best therapy for me has been hanging upside down with one of those inverter machines. Anyways, just my personal thoughts on how all the different therapies I have tried over the years have worked for me. These were the best one's. Hope this helps a little.
