Your enthusiasm is infectious as was the reminder at the end to SMILE as we begin each day. This was an effective investment of ten minutes, and just the right amount of time for these aging abs. Enjoyed the knee repeaters for one leg challenges while working tummy muscles. Hearing today's music was like being hugged by an old friend.
