Your workouts make it easy to look forward to! I'm 61, Total Knee Replacement in both knees, so I can't do floor work. Your "walking" and standing exercises make me feel so great! Thought I was finished working out with you today, then I saw this new workout video and had to do it lol! It was wonderful. In 3 weeks I have toned abs and strong legs and arms with definition!
