Midas, I just wanted to thank you for the quality of your content. I really appreciate how you take the time to NARRATE the proper form of each exercise before starting to do them. The video preview also helps visualizing the correct form.

Also, the fact that you stay quiet during the exercises themselves allows the viewer to mute the video and play their own music without missing any important information.

So many channels and videos jump straight to the workout giving zero explanation or even warm up.

Discovered you somehow! Thank you. I'm just a 45 y/o lady from southern IL that did this workout after a 30 min upper body workout with another youtuber I follow (Caroline Girvan - IRON series). Your 30 min upper body workout was AWESOME! I will start adding your workouts to my playlist. I think I will progress better with your workouts (but I promised myself, until I finish the other lady I will just add yours to it). Thanks once again, now if I can just get this eating under control.

Wow thanks. I can gladly say. I did start on the one dumbbell workout full body, arms, chest, shoulders, back and thighs and legs, more over with little weight. But I can see my muscles burning up slowly and gradually ... Thank you so much bruh ... I hope to increase the weight after perfecting the training...May God reward you abundantly mahne.
