30 Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Strength Workout [EMOM Style]

Tap in with us for a 30 minute upper body strength training session! The format of this workout is EMOM style which stands for "every minute on the minute". We will designate a certain amount of reps before the start of each exercise and then once completed, the remaining time left within that minute of work is your rest period. We highly recommend challenging yourself with dumbbells that will challenge you enough for each exercise. We've included a workout guide within the video to help you modify the workout if needed.

This workout will strengthen your chest, back, shoulders, triceps and biceps with 3 groups of 3 exercises. Be sure to challenge yourself to increase weight or resistance over time and keep track of the weights you're using. Drop a comment and let us know how your workout went! 🔥

I love yalls EMOM workouts! These and the Tabata are my absolute favs! I’ve worked out to your videos for a year faithfully and am down 110lbs ❤ thank you for posting. If I may make 1 suggestion, on the emom the number of reps is in a white font…when I am laying in the ground or when my eyes are blurry with sweat it is hard to read the number of reps and ask I’m going I tend to forget what the reps are. If you could make this font red I think it would stand out more on the background on your studio space. Hope that makes sense lol. Thanks again for being my amazing personal trainers ❤

Because of juice and toya. I am now able to do a 30 sec plank. My stamina has improved so much. I've noticed a toned body and now I am going to focus on cardio to melt some fat.
