hey guys! so im starting this on Wednesday April 24, 2024 & I’m going to be updating y’all everyday for a week! LIKE THIS COMMENT ❤️!! I am going to be doing this workout and the HOURGLASS ABS Part VI workout everyday.
My starting WEIGHT is 146.0!

ik I’m only like 4 days in but I’ve lost 2 pounds and my stomach is sm flatter and my waist is uhhh getting there but it’s sm better!!

OK YALL SO OVERALL THIS DEFINITELY WORKED I LOST 6 POUNDSSS!! I AM NOW 140.8 & I AM SNATCHED LIKE !! AND ALSO WATCHING WHAT YOU EAT IS THE KEY, THE ONLY THINGS I DID WAS NOT EATING FAST FOOD EVERYDAY MAYBE EVERY 3 DAYS AND I CANNOT EAT AFTER 10 PM AND IF - U WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT HUNGRY JUST DRINK WATERRRR !! WATER IS KEYY SO YES I DEFFFF RECOMMEND

I feel amazing! I wasn’t sure at first if I wanted to do this 3 times with no break but I looked through the comments and it gave me a boost of confidence and motivation to do it and I did!!! So well done to everyone doing this at home, push through you can do this ❤😊

I'm going to try this for a couple of weeks and record my progress.

Finished-

Day1- (16/01) Definitely burned a lot icl. And i think you jeed to oush yourself on the first day and take a lot of brakes.
I obv don't see a lot of change but my tummy hurts and burns.
