I totally love these exercises! Although I omit about 3, especially the Spiderman body destroyer. I am beginning to see results, slow but steady. I like the fact that there is nothing but action and no talk. I just follow along and catch a breath on the omitted ones, lol!

Been working out seriously for 12 weeks now, and I've seen amazing results, from a beer belly to seeing my abs partially, been hitting the gym 4 times a week and doing weighted abs workouts before each gym session. I say all of this to get it across that I've been some what fit not to mention, running a half Marathon, and running 6, 7, 8 and 10 miles shuffling weekly.. felt like I was untouchable when it came to abs workouts and I would pick random ones and just follow along without feeling that much challenged. But brother I commend you, I normally dont save other routines but I'm saving this one I completed it but my form wasn't firm right through so I'd say I competed but with high diff I'll work towards making it mid diff, thanks fam.

Thanks for this. I do a kettlebell workout (25 lbs, 30 swings *10) and needed something to go with it. This is it. Also thank you for leaving out the talking. A lot of content creators need to learn this. 10/10

I have to say a big THANK YOU to you and your dedication to these workout videos. My husband and I started a new way of life at the beginning of the year, and 5 to 6 days a week we work out with you on our abs and rotate through the other muscle groups.
