Josh. I have been doing this for 6 weeks daily. My gosh. It works! Magic! At first I couldn’t really control the movements. I was spastic. Haha. Now I can move with confidence. I have a LONG way to go. But thanks buddy!

Aah jaaah, the cramp in the hip. I know that feeling. It’s aweful. I do this 90-90 position every morning when I wake up, still laying in bed. But this sitting version is even better. Thank you.

Man that’s the Best stretch!! I love stretching. So glad I was in gymnastics 🤸‍♀️ when I was younger.

I had a microtear in the adductor longus and brevis (groin area), and because of this injury I developed tendonitis in the groin area, back pain and knee pain. I couldn’t walk and I gained a lot of weight 😢. It’s been two years since my injury and this exercise has helped stretch and strengthen my legs and hips a lot. It also helps you with your back too. Start slow and little by little, you will see a change like I did. It’ll hurt but you’ll see a difference.

I did not know that people thought it was hard to a deep squat and i feel so happy realizing that i can do it for 2 min atleast whenever without any pain i feel so good

I like that lifted foot variation… def a lil wobbly tryna do it with no hands on the ground for stability either but that just means it’s
making other less commonly utilized muscles work

Im hypermobile and I have overly flexible hips which causes so many problems, this is giving me some ideas for stabilizing them!

I love all your content!!! My hip mobility is deplorable and has gotten so much worse since weight training consistently these past several years. I’m lifting but find so little time to work on flexibility

When I first started this it seemed uncomfortable and unnatural. My hip kept popping. Now feels much more natural and I'm glad I stuck with it.
