This is a perfect workout for someone like me who has zero rhythm and is a beginner to working out!
I broke a sweat, but I didn't feel utterly exhausted. I felt really good afterward!
Also, I could easily follow each step, which I have hard times doing in the more complicated dance move videos. Those videos aren't for me!
I only had to change the jumping jack move, because I'm too obese to jump like that! 😂
Instead, I did the hand movements and side stepped. Maybe one day, when I lose enough weight, I'll be able to do some jumping jacks! 😊

PRECISELY what I was looking for tonight. I SO appreciate when YouTube search gets the results right. Either I've sharpened my keyword skills or YT have gotten better at narrowing down search preferences. Today was one of those days where working out took some convincing but I couldn't afford to skip, so I figured if I could at LEAST find a short workout with consistent movement to burn energy, it'll be worth it. EXACTLY what I needed.

Just tried your routine for the first time and I love it! I've tried many others but they all make me feel exhausted instead of energized. I'm too out of shape! Ahaha

What a fun and invigorating routine! I'm no dancer, I don't know how to express myself physically like that (motor coordination has always been a problem for me), but I imagine this is kinda what dancing feels like? Definitely got the heart rate up, bookmarked!

My heart was racing and i felt so light and free and enegetic.

Definitely was easy to follow not hard at all for beginners .
I had to stop 3 time because of the sedentary lifestyle i never exercised since the past 4 to 5 years.
There is always a start
