Ma'am I don't know how to express my gratefulness to you. This was the video which I religiously followed the entire lockdown (8 months) with your tips on diet and by god's grace, I could lose 11-12 kg.
I weighed 70kg, when my mom asked me to look into YouTube for exercises and hence I am here.
Now I don't weigh more than 59kg.

If you want big strong legs like Mukti this is the video for you! I love this workout, it’s so effective and quick. Along with eating healthy and taking in more water I’ve lost 12 pounds so far. You will definitely feel the burn in your legs and break a sweat as well! 👍🏼

I saw this exercise on 3rd May and Today it's 1st June I am doing this exercise daily ½ hour sometimes more then that
This exercise is worth
U can easily workout without occupying too much space
It's very easy to do step by step
I am doing this exercise and it's really working I can easily notice changes in my body and now I'm very much active .

This is awesome! I love it and it’s suitable for me as I’m a beginner. I’ll got this for 1 month. I’m on low carb diet now ( I’ve started diet tomorrow without exercise. My routine- walking up and 30min workout on elliptical machine+ this + slim arm 8min workout+ double chin workout) My age- 20, height- 5ft, weight 68.4. I’ll keep updating.

Day 01- ✅ ( 67.6kg)
Day 02- ❌ (I wasn’t at home)
Day 03- ✅
Day 04- ✅ (27.09.20)
Day 05- ✅ (67.5kg)
Day 06- ✅ (66.9kg)
Day 07- ✅ (66.5kg)
Day 08- ✅ (66.3kg)
Day 09- ❌ (cheat day)
Day 10- ✅ (03.10.20)
Day 11- ✅
Day 12- ✅ ( I’m felt so tired and my legs muscles are also burning today )
Day 13- ❌ ( I felt very tired )
Day 14- ✅ ( 07.10.20 )
Day 15- ❌
Day 16- ❌
Day 17- ✅ ( 10.10.20 )


I’ve lose total 2kgs in 17days with 4days cheat meal! Thanks Mukti!

Amazing video Mukti n girls. You know I have saved this video long time back May be 1 year or more. Never tried it till today. As I was going out of breath every 2 mins due to asthma. Today I had finished it full. Great job girls 🎉

Such a good workout ! I am overweight and I mostly find otherv ideos to be very exhausting for overweight and I end up resting a lot. I am so proud that I completed this full workout without a break and didnt feel any shortness of breath. And I am sweting like hell at the end ! Big thumbs up to you Mukti And Team.
