I didn't believe this would actually be hard but I started running out of breath after only 3 minutes. Only 3 minutes. This is how out of shape I am but I'm determined to change that this year. The workout was super fun!

IT'S WORKING GUYS! Been doing it for a week everyday and i can see my belly getting fit and my legs getting toned. I'm not imagining it, I even ask my friends and my man and they all say I look more fit I AM SOOOO EXCITED thanks Danielle <3

okay here's my workout journey
i am gonna be doing this till the lockdown is over.

goal: reduce as much as possible.


Day 1: done...! gosh, my heart is racing
Day2 and Day 3: got caught up with school work...couldn't do it..
Day4: done! feels just like the first day...
Day5: done! thought of giving up but still pushed through it!

Omg i remember 2 years ago i did this everyday until i finally lost weight, then i stopped. Now im back here to lose some weight again cuz its really effective

Today, I'm so proud of myself. A year ago, this workout was my first attempt to try and work out. It was the hardest thing I've ever done😂 After a year of running, working out by myself at home 3 times a week, I have finally managed to do this work out without wanting to stop and faint. I'm so proud of myself. Danielle, thank you for saying: "keep pushing". I pushed myself and I did it! 💕
P.S. I'm writing this trying not to drop any sweat on my phone😂

I do this once a day but add, 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats, 40 leg raises, 1 wall sit and plank for 1 minute. You feel great afterwards!
