I love this workout and your channel. I'm not fit, and I'm really clumsy. I have no idea how many times I've hurt myself trying to do the jumps in the other exercises. I also attempted so many dance exercises which I couldn't seem to follow. This exercise is so good for me. Simple, and I didn't end up injuring myself! Keep doing what you're doing!

I was looking for dance workout videos when l found this one. It was easy to follow, gave breaks, and had great songs. Thank you. I can't believe l was able to follow all the way through. Struggled with water and breathing reminders but great workout. I need to work on my core for sure. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout. God bless!
