Could have been better:
- should have nuts and seeds (soaked works better)
- should have coconut or mct oil and ghee
- should have coconut meat
- should have coffee or bulletproof coffee as its bio-mechanisms work good in keto diet
- Diet pattern as intermittent fasting is better, this seems to whole day eating
- Should include additional consumption electrolytes like Sodium (from natural salt as example) as you tend to loose them more is keto
- Also olive oil is over hyped, one litre of authentic olive oil cost 2-5k, in same price range you can get Ghee, Coconut oil, Flaxseeds oil, sesame oil, butter, all together with even organic variation. You can do the research and decide it yourself.
- Misinformation of carb intake; in Keto diet, carbs is counted as net carb, in vegetables, the net carbs as comparatively less than total carb
- Consumption of milk products is avoided as they cause inflammation thus leading to fat storage, Keto diet is anti-inflamatory diet. Milk product that is not conventionally processed works better for example feta cheese, Keifer etc, goat or sheep milk etc
- Also few of you mentioned fasting, its a good option to do one day fast to get deep into ketosis, added benefits: autophagy, nerogenisis, increase in HGH and insulin senstivity etc etc
- good cheap veggies for india: Palak, sarson, bhindi, raddish, cabbage, cucumber, capsicum, mushroom, coriander, chilies, eggplant

By far the best diet is the Agoge diet because it works great and is easy to stick with. Keto is simply risky and hard to stick with.

For you guys wondering, technically you are supposed to have more fat than protein and very low carbs. But considering the shape he is in, he probably exercises frequently and works his muscles hard. For a sedentary person, they would want to definitely have higher fat, but that is not always the case.

I don't know why so many people have a problem with his hand gestures. He's far more entertaining to listen and watch than YouTubers who have a poker face or little to no expressions/gestures. Information without expressions is just meh. I love his videos.

i started your diet plan.. last friday that is on 29th december i followed it very strictly. today is 5th january. i was 51kg within a week i got down to 48 with inch loss of 1. very happy with the result ❤ . i am in keto + intermittent diet . i fast for 18 hours and take my food in between 12pm to 6pm . loved it.. i have seen your video of how to get out of keto slowly and i am definitely gonna follow once my 40 days of keto journey gets over ❤ thank you so much

in addition to the greens, you can mix psyllium husk with water or the protein shakes you have. They are perfect to prevent constipation in addition to the veggies.
I am on keto and this is my 37th day. I took it slow and never counted my calories. I still lost a decent amount of weight but not as much or as rapid as the gymmers.

BB Bro I have a few questions. I'm fat but not obese(somewhat like your 'before' photo), and I hit the gym everyday. I thank you for laying out such a lovely plan. I intend on taking this diet, but I have a few doubts-
1. Can I supplement my diet with l-carnitine?
2. Since this a special diet, can I take multivitamin tabs?
3. How should I allocate my budget(for the food of course).
4. And what if it doesn't work out, and I'm left with this high fat-content diet, thereby ruining my already fat body?
I sincerely appreciate the work you are doing, and proud as an Indian. Hoping you would answer some of the above questions!<3

i though keto is high fat medium protein and low carb diet but you are on a high protein diet! 80%fat 15%protein and 5% carb is what i understood to be a proper keto diet.

Hey! Very informative video.. jus a couple of questions running in my mind..
1. Can we eats lots of Dals in Keto?
2. What supplements should we take in keto?
3. A glass of milk is a yes or a no in keto?
4. Can i have a couple of beers ( 3-4) every 10 days in keto?? Like the cheat days??
5. Do we also need to avoid onions, garlic, tomatoes in keto?

You shouldn't give any wrong information about anything.... Ketogenic is a high fat medium protein low carb diet... 70%fat, 25%protein, 5% carb ... For bodybuilders 60%fat, 35%pro, 5% carb..

Your Fat intake is 117g, whereas ur protiens is 190g .Shouldnt it be otherway round in Keto diet?
