I am doing intermittent fasting on Thursday in every week since 4 year.
Its like giving your digestive system a restart. I feel most energetic on fasting day & my productivity increases immensely. I watch motivation videos & self analysis, do meditation which is like mental food.

I have done intermittent fasting and lost around 13 kg in 2 months. I don't think this diet doesn't work. It works miraculously if done with proper healthy routine.

Intermittent fasting can only help if the person is still maintaining calorie deficit for the remaining part of the day. If someone is eating the same amount of calories then he will not loose weight it doesn’t matter if the meals are two or three.

I swear by IF. When i was doing it, my weight gain had stopped. Losing weight is not my concern, i do it for its miraculous health benefits. Also small eating window prevents me consuming those extra calories due to late night cravings. Also doing something for my body makes me happy.

I have been doing intermittent fasting for few months now after delivering 2 babies and it was the best decision of my life. I lost weight quickly and now my body rejects unhealthy food and binge eating. Also it is helping me to sustain my weight.

No diet or technique can show results in two days.
Body is a complex machinary, it takes a while to pick the diet which you are following. As soon as you start IF, starting few days body will try to understand it first, in start it can crash as well as body is not habitual of glocose scarcity for longer time. it is always advisable to move gradually from your regular routine to IF. For ex if you usually take the gap of 8 hours, start increasing 1 hour gradually like 9, 10, 11 and then once you are comfortable you can increase your fasting duration.
High fat and moderate protein intake is advisable in IF as you will feel satiated for longer time. To see the miracle effects of IF, you gotta extend the fasting period to more than a day.
Always remember consistency is the key

The best time according to me is 10 am to 6 pm. This gives me time to do breakfast with my family. Evening 6 pm meals ensures i am not eating anything post sunset which makes it easier to digest food.
