4:00 PM: seasonal fruits, handful of nuts of your choice

Being a odia pakhala ( rice water)is our daily lunch during summer we eat it along with mustard chilly, curry leave tadka curd ...i love it along with some dry sabji, mam eat the rice in a bowl after that drink that fermented water it is really satisfying❤

Such a Worthy video to watch by taking our productive time as its soo simply she said health benefits and how to make simple recepies with lots of content in it especially to get rid of Thyroid.. Mam can you give us few more options for lunch and dinner..as continuing with same meal plan may get boring after 3..4 days..

Many of you think that coconut oil has a difficult smell and taste...u r not used to it... like mustard oil for most of the south people... keep using any type of wood pressed oil, avoid refined oils ...stay healthy
