Ok. I'm a grandma, and I did arms today!😂 Although I'm with Claudia, I can't stand pushups😢😅 but I got through them😊. Oh, and I love the wrist stretch. Thank you both for helping us get stronger mentally and physically😊

I love this workout. I'm curious: I like to know how often I should do this arm work out? Should i mix another arm routine in-between, and do a rest day. Could you please advise? Thank you both.

Loved this workout: from the mobility work in the warm-up & cool down to the challenge of the exercise pairings. Those rollovers are great! The only problem was my triceps were pretty much fried by the time the pushups came around. 🤣
