If you’re a busy bee, today’s efficient workout is tailor-made just for you! Welcome to a metcon routine that’s all CALORIE-BURNING fun! We’re going back and forth between cardio and strength, and the smorgasbord of exercises is ideal for increasing fitness (and having FUN!) at any age.
Grab your moderate dumbbells and let’s GO!
SHOPPING INFO:
SET UP:
Timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds of cardio and 40 seconds of strength; complete each pair of exercises twice in a row before moving to the next pair; there is NO REST.
