IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I dont know if anyone will see this comment but I'm telling you to not stop even though you broke momentum. Along the 28 day challenge I had these moments when I stopped working out for 4-6 days straight but I told myself to finish this challenge even though I stopped. Dont let it stress you out so much. What matters is today you decided to get back on track.

I gave up 17 minutes in, but this is my first workout in years. I’m very young and I’m so glad i’m finally getting back into it. Going on walks, doing just dance, stretching, and doing your workouts. I’m currently struggling with bulimia, and your workouts have started to make me feel so much better about myself, even though I’ve only done around 3! I think I did great.

Thanks Chloe! In 8 days I have lost 1.3 kg …. Do proper workouts and eat in limit…stop eating when your hunger stops.Don’t eat too much. I have done the same mistakes for past 2 yrs and followed ridiculous diets like juice diet etc; but trust me whatever you are eating eat in limits and do workouts keep consistency….. when you want to eat junk keep track on them also to eat limit and eat junk 1 time in 2 weeks… Add fruits for 4pm hunger it will be the game changer.U can see results in just 1 week. Who would of thought before Chloe I would not have been happy about the thought of working out but now I get so excited for new programs and workouts. I think it’s also the feeling of accomplishment as well, knowing I’ve finished a workout or even better when finishing the whole program.

My weight was 50kg (for a height of 4'11) and having hard time losing a single pound! I tried interment fasting and cut off my rice intake. I've been doing this diet and your exercises for 2 years! I finally got the results!! I have my ups and downs, I lost track for 6months, gained weight and was mentally challenged... Anyway, I lost 5kg, I am now 45kg, and I am very much happy about it bc it was my goal. I'll keep doing your exercises! And maybe your goody foodies!

I started these workouts last year in October when I was 245 (5’6 and 17 years old) and now I’m getting ready to be 18 next month and I’m down 40 pounds! Of course, I also switched up my diet and I’m doing keto 3 days a week and the rest vegetarian days. I’ve also hit my goal of a gallon of water a day because since losing this weight, I feel more active and alive! You guys, please keep pushing! You CAN do it! ✨

UPDATE: I’m at 183 and still pushing! I’ve had a few setbacks but nothing can stop me from my weight loss goal!! Only 30 more pounds to go before I reach it! Keep pushing everyone, you’ve got this!! ✨✨

UPDATE 2: I’m down to 160 and let me tell y’all, the scale for me kept going up and down. This was definitely one of the harder ranges to get to but I’m here and I have 10 more pounds to go before I’m at my goal. Start today and know that tomorrow will thank you! You got this!!!✨✨✨
