I'm a 15 year old girl who can say I really don't want to workout ever. I fell into depression and stopped taking care of myself this is my first day working out and I can say this is my first time actually enjoying a workout and feeling me sweat and get the workout I need. Thank you so much!

Edit: I've gotten so much better! I'm free from depression and only have moderate anxiety. I workout everyday and have now been SH free for 302 days!

Edit: Thank you for all the support! On Nov. 4th I hit a year of being self-harm free and I will keep being strong. All the love that you guys have shared to me has meant the world to me.

It’s been about 4 days of doing her workouts and not only can I see my body getting toned, but I enjoy working out now!

Day 1: Only did 2 songs, was feeling deadddd
Day 2: Did all the songs and felt accomplished
Day 3: Did all the songs but was a little tired
Day 4: Did all the songs and felt fine + was really nailing the moves and they’re sticking a lot more
Day 5: Did it all but wasn’t really feeling it though my arms felt slightly more toned
Day 6: Did it all fairly effortlessly and noticed my stomach looking slightly more toned

I am constantly getting bullied for my weight and ive made a resolution to not give anyone any reason to ruin my mental health. And so ive have started my weight loss journey. I found this today and all of a sudden losing weight doesnt seem so much of a challenge now. Im writing this comment so that if i ever lose the motivation on this journey, somebody here reminds me how much i enjoy this. Will post updates soon. Thankyou so much for this ❤️

As someone who used to love the gym, fell into depression for years & stopped all forms of self care, I really appreciate this video. I didn’t last the entire time and definitely felt silly. But just getting my body moving again and using a different type of workout has already given me enough dopamine for me to want to keep going using this. If you’re reading the comments and think you can’t do it, just give it a try! You’ll probably surprise yourself. Happy New Year. 💙

The first and second time I did this I was DYING, I had to stop a few times. Today is my 5th time, and it's the first time didn't have to stop during it! My pace is improving, and while I'm sweating and out of breath at the end, I can already see a huge improvement! Love this video
