Sorry to disappoint, your core is not the way you have a banana handstand, but let me explain

It’s all coming from the shoulder mobility, which is the main reason for most banana handstands and why no amount of correction drills will improve that.

By progressively opening the shoulders, stretching the lats and building strength in the active opening we can then transfer this into our handstand.

Only by working on the true cause, you can start to move away from the banana handstand to a strict alignment. 🍌➡️📏
