Miraculously, I stopped using glasses after two weeks practicing these exercises. I have no words to express my gratitude to this young man.

(1) Breathe in through your nose...Exhale and blink...Look off to the distance.
(2) Close you eyes and look in a circular motion clockwise & anti clockwise for 10 reps.
(3) Put your finger in front of your face where it gets blurry and do 20 reps side to side.
(4) Place one hand firmly on your forehead and the other hand firmly on your neck. Push with both hands as you look up at the sky. Blink rapidly as you look side to side, keeping your hands stationary.
(5) Open your eyes wide as we can by using your face muscles and then close your eyes as tightly as you can using your face muscles.
(6) Keep your eyes closed, loosen your face muscles. Freestyle with your eyes and roll out and blink as you exhale.
(7) Look into the distance... Your eyes got better.

My father was born in 1880 he was a friend of WIlliam Bates the father of vision correctness and I’ve been doing his eye exercises since 1957 I’m 72 years old I’ve never worn glasses I can read the paper and look a far and so I recommend listening to this young gentleman very closely and I’m living proof he’s correct .

Everything in this video depends on the blood supply and movement of the eye muscles, which ultimately leads to better vision and better concentration. It was a good exercise, it really worked❤

I have Really bad vision, and I noticed a Huge improvement in That 5 minute video.
This is Absolutely Incredible.
This is the first time I ever have done Your video, so I really didn’t think l would notice anything, but when You said you noticed a difference, I was also noticing that my eyesight was a little less blurry.
I’m so Happy I came across your video, and am going to do this again on a daily basis.

That was amazing. I am having a hard time focusing in near distance and far distance as I have grown older. I instantly saw improvement.

That 'skying' technique is great my man! A key for this. Needed this after an eye exam dilation, left my vision lazy and unable to focus for 1.5 weeks, this surely has helped as part of my routine

I humbly suggest that you demonstrate each movement before you ask us to do them because from time to time instead of focusing on doing each excercise, I find myself looking at the screen in order to ensure that I am doing it correctly. So before each exercise just show us what we will be doing then have us doing it alongside you. Just my humble suggestion. Great job.
