Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for this gentle 30-minute seated exercises for seniors which works the whole body.

There is a quick break halfway through this video. If you need to have a break, pause the video before you get back into it. As you continue with these seated workouts for seniors, you will be feeling less of a need for a break.

REMEMBER TO WARM-UP prior to doing this exercise.

Just found this video, what a great 38 minute workout thats with warm up too. I am in pretty bad shape, bad right knee and sciatica down right leg, in constant pain, but I can do this! Thanks whoever you are and love your Aussie accent!!!

You are the best. I am 93 and I cannot stand no more than 5 min. I have bone on bone on the right knee and the seated exercises are the best. You are a great teacher. Thank you.

I cared for my husband for several years until his passing almost a year ago. On and off the bed, lifting him out of his chair, supporting him as he walked with a cane, pushing him in the wheelchair. I had a strong back and arms. Of course now I’ve lost all that muscle tone and most of the time the whole upper back and shoulders are so sore/stiff/aching that I can’t even walk a couple blocks. I just watched and did this routine for the first time. Totally stretched me out or something! I did a few things around the place and then went for an hour walk! I didn’t start to feel my shoulders until a few minutes before I came home. This exercise (as well as the others shown) will become a daily routine from now on. It felt so good to be without pain for a while. Thank you.

At the age of 68, I've finally accepted that I'm an out of shape senior. Time to do something about it, thanks for this workout. I'll be here regularly.

I am not a senior.. I’m 28 actually, and with two under two, I’m surprised that my muscles are just so weak and I am having some kind of sciatic/ nerve/ pain issues that are scaring me… I’ve only done a few minutes of this video and of another one about peripheral nerve pain down the leg and foot and wow so far so good. I’m working up to finishing both videos and I’m really liking your content. Thank you so much for caring about people and doing these workouts. So far every other workout or nerve/pain related video I’ve found was still just too much for me as simple as they were.. your videos are perfect I’m excited to get back into exercising and I feel your videos are helping me get strong again.

At 87 with balance problems I find your seated and standing format great and the exercises are important both mentally and physically.

I’m so glad I found your video, Mike. My only exercise before this was a 30-minute walk which I think was not enough for me. I’m 83 yrs old. I easily get tired and feel some weakness but after doing your exercise for a month I feel good and stronger now. Thank you for helping us.

Your exercises are simply wonderful. I am from Chennai, India and am 69 years old. Looks like you have thoroughly understood what type of joint pain we elders undergo and have planned Your programme. You are a great son to elderly people like me for I can see the dedication when you repeatedly make us do it. I think it was God's message to get to you for reducing my knee pain.My eyes ae welled with tears when I'm writing this. God bless you Mike
