30-Min Seated Chair Exercises for Seniors | No equipment

This 30 minute chair exercise program is created for seniors and beginners who want to work towards improved health while seated. This workout includes a warm up and then we focus on improving posture, strength and flexibility. The entire workout is done seated and with no equipment. If you want to make it a bit more challenging, you can choose to use weights.

I have been enjoying your classes for the last several years. I get a nice rounded workout through classes. I do the weight classes and get a kick out of you when you say it is good for people from twenty and seventy. I am eighty and enjoy the program very much and I thought you could enjoy leading an eighty old woman

Be thankful for getting older. Not everyone gets to. What a beautiful quote. Thanks Jules for another fantastic video. In the words of Ingrid Bergman:Getting old is like climbing a mountain; you get a little out of breath, but the view is much better. I am comparing your workout videos to this quote. Yes, we do get out of breath but our health gets better day by day . Thanks a lot for your hard work and time which you put in making these videos. You are changing millions of lives for better. I love your workouts. They help to stretch and give me more flexibility when I do them.
1/2 an hour once a day really helps keep us in better shape.

Hi Jules: another amazing workout. I like this workout because you can sit in the chair. You have all kind of workout people can choose. So no one can’t say that they can not do any exercise. Even though this is a beginners routine, I made it my own by ramping it up, but was grateful that your cardio section wasn't as demanding as it usually is: my section of NJ endured a bit over 5 hours of a nasty nor-easter last night and I was stressed, distressed, and somewhat scared. So in the sapped state I was in today I was grateful for this perfect routine. The opening posture routine was challenging. I welcomed it even though I don't have a posture problem. I feel much better now thanks to this gem, Jules!...Anastasia
