Jules, I did this last night before bed and was able to get up this morning and make my I want to do as soon as I wake up but I'm usually so stiff that I can't until later in the waaay more limber after a restful night....this HAS to be my before bed routine....thank you for a great stretch and quiet music..lovely.

Wow, this was wonderful. This slow seated stretch is just what I needed. It really got into some "nooks and crannies" that needed a gentle wake up. I'm dealing with neck/hip/lower back issues (from a car accident) and put in some complaining knees makes many videos undoable for me, so being seated was very helpful for me. I could focus and slow controlled movement, with little worry of "tweaking" something. I do wish the little bell went off with each movement, since sometimes I would just close my eyes. But glad it was there for many of them - it was a nice touch. Thank you for this video.
