This 45 minute full body chair exercise program is designed for seniors and beginners who want to get in a well rounded seated exercise program. We'll cover cardio, strength, posture and flexibility exercises all from a seated position.

If you're new to my channel, please subscribe! My name is Jules and I have been creating exercise videos for 3 years on my regular YT channel called 'Improved Health'. I've decided to create a second channel dedicated specifically to chair workouts (either in the chair, or standing holding onto a chair for support). I am unable to move the chair workouts from my original channel so if you would like to have some other options until I upload more, you can find the seated workouts below. I will be adding new workouts on this channel soon.

This could be a(another) poster video for your seniors channel, Jules. You incorporated all of your magnificent talents in creating this: constant coaching, demos with your own body to show proper positions, modification suggestions to offer relief or to up the intensity, reminders to breathe and even to drink water. Always appreciate the posture segments. Thank you for a truly well rounded class.

This one was good... I watched my dad do this, and the movements that made him do the upper/lower body combination challenged his brain and coordination. Thank you!

This was a great workout for me. Not very mobile because of lower leg which is getting a lot better. Best in a chair cardio workout I have done. WOW. Basically performing one of your in a chair workouts everyday. Enjoy the variety but for me will focus on cardio. I like the fact there is a lot going on at same time. Nice.

I liked! Did this with heavier weight, and a light band around my legs! Good workout I love the 45 min workouts!

❤enjoyed this stretching. I have a few problems with torn rotor cuffs and torn ligaments but managed all stretches with no “ouch ing”!
