These stretches will release the Iliopsoas muscle group as well as the quads and adductors to help you unlock your hips, and get relief from hip pain and lower back tension.
The Psoas major is the main hip flexor of the thigh. We use it a lot daily.
These amazing stretches will help you release the Psoas. I recommend you do these stretches after you foam roll your hips.
Hold each stretch for 10-20 seconds.
Psoas Release Stretches breakdown:
1- Bridge Heels In (Psoas, rectus femoris)
2 - Quadriceps Stretch (rectus femoris)
3 - Camel Pose (Psoas, quads)
4 - Lunge Stretch (Psoas, quads)
5 - Wall Hip Stretch (Quads, Psoas)
6 - Cobra (Psoas, rectus femoris, abdominals)
7 - Sumo Squat Stretch (Adductors)

Thank you for making these videos. I sit most of the day and my lower back is super tight. I tried some of these and they feel good. I will continue these stretches and hopefully it will help with my back issues. The bridge stretch feels especially good.

I've been in horrible pain for weeks, right where that muscle is, in front of the pelvic area, plus lower back. Just finished these exercises, and they worked like magic. Thank heavens I can do all of them. I'm so grateful!!!

I have a very tide hip flexors. My favourite is same as yours Sofia. I have been doing those stretches for a few weeks now . Also my piriformes getting better once I started following your exercises. I stopped stretching to much and working now on strengthening. What a change I have now !! Thanks Sofia for all your videos. Xx
