I've done this workout around 20 times already and I must say I really like it. I can do hundreds of reps of abs exercises without being sore the next day, but this one I can feel alright. I give you the thumbs up at the end of the video - each time - like you you do to the viewers :) Whenever someone says they don't have time to workout I always talk to them about this video, 10 mins and sweat will be dripping from your nose... thanks Alex! keep up the good work!

I've been doing this abs exercises for 3 months let me tell you unbelievable results awesome my stomach is shredded like crazy i love it lol, all i gotta do is watch out what I eat, Monday abs, Tuesday off, Wednesday abs, Thursday off, Friday abs, Saturday rest, Sunday forget everyone's body is different Thanks

Great Excercise, thank you...
But maybe can you add a sound or alarm when you change positions cause it's hard to tell when you move and I can't be looking at the video and exercising at the same time... thanks again 💪💪

I know people say you should confuse the muscle but I have done this 3 times a week ever since this video has came out with a day of rest in between each ab workout and with a good diet and I have had amazing results it’s all about consistency😂

You're right, Alex. I can feel this the next day. This is only ab routine working for me lately. I would, however, like a ping or sound when it's time to change positions. More follow alongs like this, please!

I'm a mom of a 1 year old, about 18 pounds left of baby fat I need to lose. I love a good challenge. Did not take a break at all. I was even doing the examples in the beginning thinking the workout already started. Definitely subscribing, thank you!

I'll definitely give this a go. I think I'll start with some breaks to ease myself in but as the weeks go on I'll phase it out and it should go smoothly. Every week I ought to come back to remind myself.

Brutal!!! I did this as a challenge and I got really tired around the second to last set, but i kept on going and actually added a few more things to make it more challenging!! Awesome workout!
