Man, that's super simple and and possibly the most appetizing bulking shake I've seen since going down this rabbit hole. I'm not terribly worried about my fat or sugar intake (believe it or not, my nutritionist recommended I eat plenty of sugar because I'm so skinny), I think I would probably tweak it a little by adding a little more oil, some honey and half & half instead of milk. Either way, I'm definitely saving this and subscribing. Thank you brother

I love this type of shake. Not expensive and makes it so easy to get that calorie surplus. Started taking a decent breakfast and adding this shake to my day and i was bulking without trying

I do pb, Milk, and oats. Sometimes protein powder. Never thought of blending the oats first. Good idea.

Also 1 more tip, to add even more calories while also making it taste a little better, one half of a banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and a little bit of honey maybe 1 tablespoon changes everything and easily adds 200 more calories making that shake closer to half of your daily caloric needs met.
