This is the second day of my 21 days weight loss journey and I am doing your workout every day. These workouts are killing my body and I feel good about my body. I do this every morning and afternoon. Day 1: Completed.
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Completed.
Day 4: School P.E. and 20 minutes.
Day 5: Badminton and 10km hike.
Day 6: Forest work and 30 minutes.
Day 7: Rest

Started doing this today. Was able to continue up to 25 mins. Sweating like Niagara 😂. Gonna beat that 50 mins day by day. Highly recommended and Thanks for an efficient workout program.
