2. Front Toe Touch - 1:20
3. Knee to Hand - 2:25
4. Rainbow Squats - 3:43
5. Waist Pincher - 4:45
6. Wood Chop - 6:02
7. Leg Raise and Side Bend - 7:20
8. Cross Over Toe Touch - 8:40
9. High Knee and Twist - 9:40
