I lost 3 kg in 6 days. This walk challenge is mashaallah 🤩🤩
I use it Daily 6 time in a day and do IF fasting . Alhamdulillah ❤️

Gonna do tiz for a week nc🎊🎉💃🤩To make it more simple and clear u cld've also added the step count running side by side on screen to c how much steps covered in a set

After doing 4sets mine came around 6200 steps oly tho in Mi Fit😬🤔Am daily walking for 10000 steps from last 2months so aftr tiz workout the remaining steps left also I completed walking

I did this today. In one session I covered almost 1700 steps N calories burned 81 only. But its nice workout. Even heavy body ppl like me can do it easily. Thank you somya.

From past two days I was following ur videos excercise and diet plan and i lost total 5-6 kgs
U people may ask that how I lost this much weight so u hve to be consistent n patient
Avoid oily food, sugar, and packed food and every morning hve a glass of warm water with 🍋
That's it u r on ur way

When I was doing this challenge I was like yeah this is simple and interesting but in last when I read that I have to do three more times I was like dieing 😆

Hii somya...I'm not losing my lower body portion . Though I'm following a healthy routine and active lifestyle too.
I do workout but in that case I'm losing inches from my upper body which is making my body pear shaped and it looks so ugly. Plz tell me a solution.. I have completed 1.5 years on this issue. Plz help me
