I wanted to challenge myself and see how long it would actually take me to walk 50,000 steps in 1 day. The initial idea came from watching my step count on my apple watch indicating that although I go to the gym, I only walk about 5,000-10,000 steps per day. This sounded very low to me and I wanted to change it.
After this challenge I was able to increase my step count to a minimum of 10,000 steps and a maximum of 20,000 per day which not only helped me reduce body fat but also made me feel better in general.
Enough writing, I hope you enjoy this video! I'd love to get some feedback from you guys in the comment section as well. How many steps do you take per day? Do you use any tracking device? Apple watch, FitBit or Whoop?
