This is a lifesaver, especially on those days where you eat too many calories...ugh I'm so thankful for it because I love food and try not to eat more than a certain amount of Calories per day to lose weight but sometimes I go over so burning 1000 kcal (or more as others have said in the comments!) here really helps me out
