This one was perfect to throw in before a longer upper body workout in order to squeeze in a little cardio for the day. It flew by!

I've been M.I.A. from my workouts for a while. This is my first week back at it and first time seeing the updated website. It's all great except you removed the view all option for your workouts and now I have to go one page at a time through all of them to pick out my workouts instead of just scrolling through them all at once. Please bring back that feature! I just logged in on the website for the first time in a while too and saw the calendar where I can make my own workout schedule! I love that! I really hope you will add the view all feature again so it is easier to scroll through all your workouts at once! I love your workouts, thank you for all your hard work!

I really enjoy these shorter videos for those days I'm not feeling motivated to do a lengthy workout or combine them with other quick HIIT routines. Keep it up :)
