Let’s brighten up your mood, put a smile on your face & some sweat drops on your forehead!
And…. you don’t need to put on your Barbie Outfit for it. You are welcome to do it in all black :D

What I was thinking:
▸ Song 1 / HAPPY: For Dua Lipa, I recycled a shortened version of the Pam Power choreo. I figured it would be nice to already „know the 1st minute“ when you learn a new workout :D

▸ Song 2 / CUTE ENERGY: As we know our beloved Ava Max songs, this one really pumps up the energy. You might need a second to get the hang out of the chorus! I took the ear-move from the Movie Trailer :)

▸ Song 3 / Latin: Shake your Barbie hips! Loosen up and give me all your sexappeal.

▸ Song 4 / Gangster: We end the workout with some cooooolneeeesssss. Swagger Mode On!

Pam, It is impossible to please everyone. You are a fitness artist, and not everyone will always like the art but that's ok. They don't have to watch if it is not for them. You're loyal fans appreciate the videos you work hard to create. Please stay true to yourself and bring back Kens part.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE KEN PART: This workout WAS the most beautifully constructed workout I have ever seen. It incorporates pastel colours, references the AMAZING BARBIE MOVIE and has a useful fitness themed aim. I loved the fact that it transitioned from girly Barbie to sexy Ken and thoroughly enjoyed this workout. Also, 10 minutes is long enough to actually consider it a workout!!! At a mere 6 minutes long this video now only makes me feel as if this workout is slightly pointless, as it is barely the normal duration of a usual BRILLIANT Pamela REIF session

I really miss the Ken-part! I did the workout like a week ago and now again and I am so sad it's gone! Like why? It was fun and something entirely different to the other workout-dances 🥺😢🤧

This month was the most rewarding of my life so far!!! I've just had my PhD in AI and presented at an international conference!

Pam, we started our workout journey together 3 years ago and every single day we do at least a 15 minute workout together. You are always the embodiment of positivity and girl power! Thank you for everything! You gave me so much energy and courage!

Barbie's motto is that you can be anything and and this is true. Barbie especially the last decade has a lot shapes and forms and we admire her not just for her beauty but her courage to pursue her dreams. Always remember that. If you can dream it you can do it! Always believe in yourself girls/ guys because tou can do anything!

Especially your dance workouts Pam are my favorite! You are a true role model and our real life Barbie! ❤️

Since i have done the 10 min Version like 40 times already, i remember the Ken part. Today i just did the 6 min video and then put on the Ken song and did the Ken coreo from memory. It still was fun but i sure miss doing the Ken part with Pamela😢
