Loved this one! Not too hard, not to easy.. I’m coming off a 3 week hiatus due to a back injury and then COVID right after, so I’m trying to ease back into things. Did a 10 min lower ab workout and then this, and I loved it. So excited to get back into the swing of things and join you in the 30 day ab challenge!

My beginner cardio self thought this was a beginner and not hiit pfft I need to read the titles more lmao. I still did everything start to end I was wondering why I felt my heart pumping more than usual, ty for this it was a challenge and im proud of myself!!

First video since i started cardio that made sweat drop down my face!

Did this workout and had to take several breaks due to it killing me as-well as my medical condition in my foot. Nonetheless, still managed to finish till the end. The jumping portion I just replaced it with no jumping. Many in the forum complain that it's just squats, indeed it is however, squats work the whole body likewise, your heart is as-well too! Thanks for posting these workouts. 🥵👍🙂🔥
