In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through an easy to follow low impact cardio routine perfect for beginners or as a warm up for more advanced level of fitness.

Low impact cardio routines are one of our favorite types of exercises. They are designed to maximize working your cardiovascular system all while keeping you safe and injury free. They can be done in just about anywhere and are appropriate for all levels of fitness when done correctly.

This routine is all standing but can be easily modified to seated as well. Remember to only go at your speed and take breaks when you need to. Make sure to keep your water close by and have a great workout!

Hello Sweet Meredith, as I was doing this workout this morning the name Jack La Lane came to mind. He was the first black and white televised health aerobic instructor. Hearing and watching him move around when a young child was mesmerizing, He was ahead of his time. Going for an interval run later today. God bless your day Sweet Meredith. 😃👍🙏

Thanks for this easy, yet heart friendly workout. I combine it with my laying down PT exercises first, then this, followed by more PT standing up and your ballet pilates class. It's a full body workout!
