Do 2 hrs of workout in which 1 hour for cardio and 1 hour for weight lifting... You will see amazing results. BTW you can adjust this workout as your comfort. Telling from my own experience🏋️ and also do strength training because it will help you burn more calories 😊 and eat a little less than your hunger
