I can do this with one arm but not with other arm..
Don't know why..

My right shoulder hurts whenever I pull it back. Left shoulder has no problem. And this right shoulder issue just won't go away it's sorta natural. My left shoulders just more mobile.

I've never been able to do it even back when I was training traditional martial arts in middle school, and I later found out its because of my bone and joint structure - just like how not everyones hips can accommodate for certain squats, not everyones shoulder can accommodate for this interlock test.

I used to be yoga expert. I could touch elbow joints behind my back, not only that, many flexibility position was easy for me. Maybe for that, even if i do exercise now without much streching or flexibility exercise, my joints and mobility is better than normal people

Welp, I realized today why I always have one sided shoulder pain 😂 I can do this with one shoulder but not the other

i used to be able to do this but after bulking up and spamming my back workouts i don’t think such mobility stretches can help

I can touch both my wrists going one side, and barely hold going the other side

When i was skinny this was the easiest thing i could do now that im jacked i can still do it just takes alittle more effort

As a baseball player I cannot with my right arm behind my back

I have terrible shoulder mobility on my right side, are there any other excercises to help with this? The mobility issue makes juggling a lot harder...

I can handshake my own hands doing this stretch pretty easily :)
But I've been doing this stretch for a while

Left shoulder I can only reach when I am lean (currently finishing a bulk)

Right shoulder not even close

I was never able to do this. Matter of fact, I’ve always been super tight. Been integrating stretches and some yoga into the week. Hopefully it helps

Got the tips of my middle fingers to touch but I do use bands to help with the mobility daily
