Silly question. The last stretch, it’s meant to stretch the arm behind your back right? Secondly, how high up should you go in terms of pulling that back arm upwards?

Quick question. For the third stretch do I allow the hand behind my back to be pulled upward or am I supposed to hold it firmly in place as the other hand pulls the towel upward?

For the 2nd stretch, do we have to retract our shoulder blades? There's a video that showed the shoulder blade is retracted. I would like to know if there's any difference to the one you did. Thanks.

my left side is weaker than right side even though i have decent muscles. when i do biceps barbell curll the bar starts leaning to the left. i cant also hold my left arm towards me like i hold my right one. its been like this for years idk if this is a disability or if it could be solved with physiotherapy. the door stretch technique helped me relieve left shoulder pain i currently have. thank you!

I physically CANNOT put my left arm behind my back at all. I can't force it back there either. Any exercises to stretch the muscles on the inside of the shoulder blade without doing the towel thing?
