Doing front raises when we hit the front delts almost every day and ignoring the rear delts is crazy. Personally done with front delts rn and have incorporated rear instead

Less is more if you can do all these with quality go for it but you don't need half of these. Pick one or 2 maybe 3 and do them with perfect form till failure. This will guarantee to activate the muscles you want.

So were just neglecting rear delts now, done three different workouts that all focus on front delts which is the part of the shoulder you can pay the least attention to.

A loaded overhead or dumbbell press
Lateral raises
Read delt raise

Is more than enough for 3d shoulders

Add cable pulls and loose front raises. You got a perfect shoulder day. IMO

Great, but I prefer starting with side Lat raises and not the Heavy overhead cause your shoulder are not yet enough warmed up and can lead to injury, just a thought ! Good luck

yall just replace barbell lateral raises with cable laterals. cables are my favorite side delt exercise, since you always feel constant tension throughout the whole lift.

A lot of people do these and forget about the other parts of the muscles that are important like strengthening your rotator cuff and working on any imbalances in your shoulders the small stuff matters too. But good video though

What happend to real delts.? Remove atleast 1 front delt excersise and add reverse flies for rear delts😊
