Just got back from the gym, this is such a good routine haven’t gotten a pump like that in awhile. I realized I went to light on the weights in the beginning so I came back and did a couple more sets and now I’ll be unable to lift my arms for the foreseeable future. Thanks man

Arnold press isn’t a good one for the shoulders.
Here’s some good shoulder exercises:
Front delt: shoulder press Variation
Mid delt: dumbbell or cable lateral raises
Rear delt: reverse pec dec or face pulls
