Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I read the comments before doing this workout. While getting changed I to my gym clothes I felt like I was dressing for battle 😅

Anyone else just lay down, pause the video, and cry for a minute? I'm an intermediate and have been doing Lilly's workouts several times a week since December, but today it was just so hard and I didn't have enough energy to get through it without pausing. I felt discouraged about it.

I really really hate her. I gave my full effort for those hundreds thinking its the last workout then sis had the audacity to throw a marathon in my face I mean seriously but I did it and she said she's proud and I felt accomplished and really good and happy given how shitty I was feeling
