This healthy concoction has been backed by science to burn fat and help you lose weight, while helping you get deep sleep. Drink 30-45 minutes before going to bed. Getting good quality sleep is essential to our health and also to maintain a healthy weight. Recipe:
- 8 ounces of water
- 1 Chamomile tea bag
- 1/2 lemon squeezed- or 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. raw honey

1. Boil water and steep tea bag for 10-15 minutes
2. Add additional ingredients
3. Drink warm or cold

This is a great concoction, but two potential problems with the timing on it: you cannot use this at night, if you are intermittent fasting, it would totally break a fast because of the honey. Also, for anyone with serious,
GERD issues, you need a whole lot more than 30 minutes to let the acids settle. Especially because honey is a major proponent of acid as well (at least with me!). So, I will drink this concoction immediately after my last meal, rather than right before bed. That way it doesn’t break your fast, doesn’t cause acid reflux, and you still get all the benefits. 👍🏻

We mix our honey and cinnamon into a paste 1st, then put the hot/warm stuff in. It helps mix the cinnamon more effectively!😋

I make this recipe as an ice tea with the same ingredient. I mix all the ingredients well in a blender and store in a pitcher in the refrigerator. I make enough for an entire week. I have one cup before my last meal of the evening at least one hour before bed. Easy!

I drank this last night and it worked for my sleep. I slept all night till 9 am this morning. Good thing I go in till 3 today .. it’s been years since I last slept more than 10 hrs straight 😂😅 it made my body feel relaxed . I put stevia instead of the honey because I’m fasting . But I don’t even think it needs sweetener . It’s delicious . Thank you 🙏

Sunday after watching your video I went to Walmart and happy to say they had all the right things to buy. Then I measured my fat and bloated belly right before I drank my first one Monday night 51 inches. Then drank Tuesday nights and now its Wednesday morning and I measured my belly again and By God! I measured 49 inches! wow! Thank you Sandy! I will be continuing this and give a follow up.

Honey is just like sugar and will spike the insulin making it impossible to lose weight for next 12 hours I recently dropped over 100 lbs in about 8 months and skin went back tight from daily walking or jogging and cutting all sugar and carbs, fasting will also cut the insulin I would fast 16 hours then in 8 hour period eat low or no carb food. fasting daily has many health benefits on it's own but will speed weight loss.

It’s a bit frustrating after watching such a nice video that someone leaves a negative comment! IF all a person has to say is negative, why say anything at all!?!? Ok, Sandy is spot on people. I’ve used this concoction now for 2 weeks and my scale is not having to work so hard in the morning 😂This is such a great plan. Sandy thank you so much for sharing this and taking the time to make this video.

Hi Sandy, I can honestly say that your tea does work!! I have taken myself off the amnitryptalene sleeping pills and been replacing it with your wonderful sleep aid. Not exactly sure about the weight loss results, but I did happen to lose 2 lbs in 2 wks!!! I also have been drinking fruit smoothies in the morning * Gluten-Free. Salads or something light for lunch and dinner is whatever I feel like cooking (G.F. of course.) and I am taking a bit less than I normally would and slowly making the portions smaller and smaller until I am at the proper portion size I need to be eating. Will try to continue to keep you updated

I used this recipe a year ago. I used it at noon and at night. I used it for a month and 1/2 and dropped 13 pounds. I also fasted for about 4 days randomly during this time. I cut down carbs and sweets. And no food after 8pm. It worked for me. Now I started this again to drop what I don't need.

Turn Apple cider vinegar bottle upside down with bottle cap tight and tap bottom of bottle to get the mother lose. Mix your honey + Apple cider vinegar separate so it will mix easily. Thanks 😊 for video.
