Keto friendly. I find Species Nutrition Protolyze tastes and mixes the best. I try to avoid dairy which is why I use almond milk and a heavy whipping cream alternative. Be careful of too much poly saturated fat with the whipping cream but will be fluffier. My method is WENDY'S FROSTY consistency. I store this in the fridge and have some for breakfast over a few days. Really good but kind of heavy to eat this much at once.
