I have my own egg thing that's similar in spirit to yours!

1 zucchini (super thinly sliced)
1 handful of pre-shredded carrots
1/4 large onion, diced
1/2 pack of brown mushrooms, sliced
2 morning star breakfast patties, diced
1/2 cup egg white
1/4 cup sambal (non-oil based chili sauce)
Shakes of following seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, curry powder (lots), smoked paprika, msg

Directions:
1) Heat up either lightly oiled castiron or nonstick pan with some cooking spray
2) While that's eating, start chopping the zucchini, then toss it in, followed by the carrots, onion, then mushroom
3) Add all seasonings to the veggies then stir (this is the first time the veggies should be stirred, don't mess with my caramelization)
4) Dice up morning stars and toss them in, then stir again
5) Scoot aside some room in the pan, add more spray (or oil) and pour in egg whites. Put away all your extra veg.
6) Stir it all up, turn pan off, then add sambal and mix up.

I eat this literally every single morning, 380 calories and like over 50% protein. Makes a heaping bowl and is utterly delicious.

Loved the Fage/Raspberry/Apple/etc recipe. It was more tasty and filling than the sugary yogurt I normally buy. This is my new go-to breakfast. Thank you!

These sound very yum— have you ever tried a bit of salt on your sweet foods? The salt actually opens up the sweet taste receptors on the tongue, and enhances the sweet experience (I’m a big fan of a bit of good mineral salt with my foods especially the sweet ones).

Great video thank you I have been struggling with breakfast I always have a yoghurt bowl so good to have some other options. In my yog bowl before I add fruit I add half a scoop of the myprotein mint chocolate whey protein and stir it in. It tastes delicious like desert for breakfast

It should mention all the macros besides the protein so that those can be planned in the day. This blindsides us. But great recipes. Will try some.

Looks super delicious! But why throw away the egg yolks? I heard the yellow has more protein than the white.
