This is a 5 minute yoga flow for better balance.
In this quick 5 min yoga flow we will work on improving balance and stamina while building strength within the entire body. We will work through various standing yoga poses that will help bring focus on and off the mat. Poses like Warrior 3 and Eagle pose are great poses to help improve balance. This 5 minute yoga routine can be done any time of the day for a fun challenge.
