Welcome to the Summer Challenge Day 7 workout: legs & butt strength workout. Get ready to challenge your legs (quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves) with this strength workout!

Warm up: yes
Length: 35 min
Equipment: dumbbells (I used 10-50 lbs), bench/stool (optional)
Cool down: yes

2 monster sets (40 sec work/20 sec rest)
3 rounds

Set 1:
foot elevated lunge (right)
foot elevated lunge (left)
sumo squat
donkey kick

Set 2:
side to side squat on bench
single leg deadlift right
single leg deadlift left
bridge

FINISHER: split squat (30 sec) split squat pulse (30 seconds), each side
