STRENGTH & SWEAT Full Body Workout - Circuits | EPIC Heat - Day 29

A full body workout using compounds movements to begin followed by more dynamic movements to target the major muscle groups in the body! Squats, lunges, RDLs, chest press, rows, shoulder presses before we move to more variety in the 2nd circuit!

For this sweaty session, you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using are 12.5kg each!

The timer will be on for 50 seconds of work, with 10 seconds rest between each exercise! Once we complete each circuit, we have just over 1 minute rest before we go again!

In the introduction, I touch on some tips for the vent over row, that also apply to many other exercises such as renegade rows and shoulder press. Occasionally we will use momentum for bent over rows or push press to lift the weight, but the eccentric lowering should be slowed down. In fact if you have lighter weights than you would prefer, slowing down the lowering portion will increase the intensity!

I really enjoyed this workout as it is only one set before moving onto the next so a change from the 3 or 4 set range recently!

After almost 20 weeks of training with Caroline I seriously need to say something... these are all the things that I have learned, I don’t know if anyone can relate...
- training is not just burning a certain amount of calories, working out is enjoying the process of becoming stronger
- Even if I’m having an awful day and everything seems terrible, I train with this incredible woman and everything is seriously better
- I still have my ups and downs but I have changed my mindset... downs are part of life
- Caroline is much more than a simple trainer, she is like a friend that pushes me out of my comfort zone
- This community made my realise that I can do this!

I swear after every one of the EPIC workouts, I’m amazed at what was asked of my body during the sessions and how incredible I feel when I accomplish it. I struggle on some days more than others but when it gets done...that feeling...it’s like nothing else💪🏼 Let’s grind this one out tmr!

It's so amazing to see that even Caroline has progressed with her weights from EPIC 1 to now. This is what I love most about her- she could easily use a lighter pair of dumbbells and make it look absolutely effortless but she pushes herself and shows us that even she struggles. I love how she keeps things real with us and focusses on progress not perfection!

And I’m still here!. Still pressing play and enjoying these diverse workouts. Friends and family are always surprised when I say I’m still sticking to the programme. This one was brilliant and went very quickly. I’m going to a wedding on Friday and I can’t wait to feel confident in my new dress. 😃 👗. And it’s al 100% down to this amazing woman. I’ve just had a few days off ( went camping and then 2 nights in Littlehampton) but did loads of walking . I actually couldn’t believe how much I missed the workouts. Thank you Caroline!!! 🙏👍🥰🥰

I have always worked out but Caroline has made me really look at training differently, I don’t spend hours doing cardio or HIIT as well as weights, she has made me understand it’s not about quantity but quality. I am lifting so much heavier and her workouts are fantastic and she ensures you do it safely. Truly the best trainer on YouTube, huge thanks and complete gratitude xx

Those full body workouts with weights are absolute my favourite. Thank you caroline for the best and most effective workouts. I workout for a long time but never seen such a big and fast change in my body 😃 i feel good i feel strong and healthy and all for free thank you so much

Wish I could give this 1000 likes! It was such a fun routine. I loved the longer sets with shorter rests. The mix of moves was dynamic and hit all the right full body parts. Just so much See you Sunday my fellow EPICers!

It's always fun to do Caroline's full body workout.. I am sure I am going to enjoy these compound exercises in the circuits.. She always has something new to learn.. Her tips and instructions are so helpful.. She always amazes me how she takes so much efforts to make these great workouts available for us as well as to provide very useful information related to it in terms of correct form, benefits of targeting particular muscles and everything..I could do weight training only because of you..
