I AM BACK! Hopefully this is to stay for a while this time! COVID had me pretty down on my luck with not racing and such. Hoping 2021 brings me some races, I currently have a few lined up which I will spend another video talking about it. I have a lot of lofty goals which I'm holding pretty close rn, very few people know the vision and where I want to go. I need to hold myself accountable to achieve them. The workout I mentioned was a 45 minute progression run down to 5:35 pace with some 300s at the end. Hit everything like I wanted and now we're back in the full swing of training!
